The Easiest Chicken and Veggie Bake

This recipe was a big hit! It is very easy to make with simple ingredients.

For this version, I used red potatoes and broccoli. (You can substitute with any type of potato and green vegetable.)

Here are the ingredients:
  • 6-8 chicken tenderloins
  • One large head of broccoli (cut into florettes)
  • 5-8 red potatoes
  • Yellow mustard and honey (about 1-2 cups)
  • Shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Powdered garlic

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Wash and chop your broccoli
  • Wash and cube your potatoes
  • Layer into a large casserole dish
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Layer chicken tenderloins in center of veggies
  • Generously coat your chicken and potatoes in honey mustard mix
  • Sprinkle salt, garlic, and pepper seasoning on green veggies
  • Top green veggies only with cheese
  • Bake for 80 minutes on 375 degrees
  • Let cool for 10 minutes
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
